The facts come from the 2 to 10 times tables, with products up to 100: 3 × 7, 6 × 8, 9 × 4, 10 × 10. All tables are mixed on one page, so this is recall practice rather than reciting a single table in order. Children who still count up a table (6, 12, 18, 24…) will feel how slow that is, which is a useful nudge towards knowing the tricky facts like 7 × 8 and 6 × 9 by heart.
